I had the best stay ever at Ragamaya Resort & Spa. The hospitality was unparalleled, with everyone being so polite and accommodating. The breathtaking views from the spacious and clean rooms were simply majestic. The staff took great care of us, fulfilling all our food requests and even arranging off-roading adventures. The location, though a bit far from the town, offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

Location: the hotel was short walk to a hill overlooking a lake and Thekkady and the in-house Sameera restaurant. The room was well-kept and reasonably large, included feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The atmosphere created was FAMILY.

The rooms, complete with a small balcony, provide a comfortable stay with king-size bedrooms. The staff is friendly and provides exceptional service, making guests feel welcomed and cared for. Additionally, the hotel's location, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, offers a stunning view of the lake and the surrounding forest below. In the morning, guests can enjoy the mystical sight of the lake covered by clouds of mist, which eventually clears, revealing the breathtaking view down to the valley. Breakfast at the hotel is a delightful experience, with a variety of authentic South Indian dishes served.
All was splendid.

The view was unbelievable from our room and made waking up every morning a joy. The complementary breakfast was superb and had everything you could ask for. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.
The location was further out than expected which made getting to and from places a little troublesome. It would have been nice if there were more facilities available within walking distance.

During our Easter trip, we had a great time at a hotel that had a breathtaking lake view from the rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-kept with comfortable beds. We also loved that the staff was very kind and attentive to our needs, making us feel welcome and comfortable. Apart from the view, the location was perfect, as it was away from the city noise, but not too far to reach nearby attractions easily.
One thing that we did not like was the distance to the town; it took us a while to get there.

We appreciated the staff's promptness and the excellent service provided by Shyama and Vipin. The location of the hotel was close to nature, and we enjoyed the misty mornings in the forest.
Everything is what we need and want.
